The departure and return times, the relative ports, the itineraries and the stops, described on the site, are only suggestions of an exemplary nature.
The same are therefore variable and customizable from time to time by the customer according to his specific needs together with our team.
Once on board, the Customer can decide to change the itinerary, port of return and estimated time of disembarkation after checking with our booking department.
Booking procedure
To confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit is required, or the total prepayment if the reservation is made within 15 days prior to the tour date.
Balance to be settled within the 15th day prior to the tour date
Cancellation made by the client
No penalty will be applied for cancellations confirmed within 30 days prior to the charter date.
In this case, any deposit paid will be refunded.
- 50% deposit will be retained as penalty, for cancellations confirmed between 29 and 15 days prior to departure.
- 100% of the amount will be charged as a penalty for cancellations confirmed between 14 days and the date of the tour.
- 100% of the amount will be charged as a penalty in the case of a "No Show" or failure to arrival.
Options available in case of Cancellation made by Boat Company
- Total refund of any deposit paid
- A Voucher to be used within 24 months from the date of cancellation.
- Replacement of the boat with an equal or superior yacht.
If yacht of equal or higher category are not available any difference in fares will be immediately refunded.
Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions
- If the captain decides that there are no conditions to ensure the safety of passengers due to bad weather conditions, any amount paid will be reimbursed.
- Possibility to reschedule the tour for the following days or to anticipate the tour, if possible.
- Issue of a Voucher to be used within 24 months from the date of the cancellation.
Port Fees
- Consider that if you wish to disembark on the island of Capri the cost is EUR 100.
- While on the private Pier in Positano the cost is EUR 60 on the public pier is free.
- On Ischia and Procida will depend on the port.
The above fees are payable on board to the captain.
